Helllooooo!

ok so it's either feast of famine on this blog. I can't help it i blog from work and have to watch out for the boss. I hope i don't get Dooced. Let's see ...... what do i need to tell all of ya'll
Hannah's EEG was normal. The nerologists visit was a waste of my time. He said... well, we will have to wait untill she has another seizure and go from there. So i get to live in fear of when she gets sick. They are thinking they are just fevaral seizures. To tell you the truth the last one she had in the ER looked different from the others. I don't know i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

This last weekend we bougth "Chicken Little". That is such a cute movie, at least in my humble opinion. Hannah loved it. She calls it "Chicken Noodle" There is one part in the movie, when Hannah was standing up and yelling at TV "GO CHICKEN NOOODALL GOOO!!!" it was too funny.

as Hannah would say when she wants everyones attention "Everybody....Everybody.....Everybody" Phoebe Jo has a tooth. At four months and five days she got her first tooth on the top. It's just barely there but it's there. She is going to do everything early i'm afraid. She always knows where Hannah is in the room...and i can almost see her begging to go play with her. She is sitting up now too, just still a little woobly. But i have this stinking suspicion that she will be moble soon.

The day is beautiful outside. I wish I could be out there enjoying it with my daughters. I hope you all are.

No Way!

When i play with my Hannah, i always tell her i love her, to which she has started saying "I Love you more!" Sometime or the other i must have said "No Way!" This weekend Hannah looked at me and said "I love you Mama," I said i love you more. To which her big blue eyes widened and she exclaimed "NO Way!" you got to lovethat kid.
Phoebe Joe is growing like a weed, and drooling like a mad woman. This is not fair, she is not yet 4 months, no drooling, no teeth for awhile i say. She is cooing and giggling, she is so cute.
Also Friday night Hannah says to me "I missed you Mama," ok ok, i know enough of the sweet stuff. but i miss them too.

Super Bunny!!!!

My two year old had to have a EEG this last week. A sleep depravation EEG, like i need the help. I had to keep her awake most of the night. They suggested she only sleep between 2am and 5 am. I did my best, but i put her to bed at 1am. So, I had to think. My daughter is not liking the Doctors and hospitals much lately, and for good reason. How do you explain to a 2 year old that they are going to pull wires on her head and make her go to sleep. So, I told her she was going to reciever her special powers. I told her that we were going to the hospital, they would put some wire on her head, she would take a nap and wake up with Special Powers. I did tell them they for when she was dreaming. She then came up with "SUPEER BUNNY". I was then deemed "SUPER BUNNY MAMA" and Phoebe is "SUPER BABY BUNNY". And yes they are in caps because they are usually yelled, or at least said very loud in and annoncers kind of voice. One of "SUPER Bunny's special powers is super drama queen pitifulness. The others we will keep you updated on.
Super Bunny Mama is wishing the newest power would be sleeping completely through the night, and maybe i don't know going in the potty????

So...What did you do this weekend?

Thursday night around 11 p.m. Hannah woke up with a fever. Not anything too serious 100.5 but she had, less than a year ago, a febral sezire when her fever spiked. So, i was nervous. I call the doctor they said to just give her Tylenol, and i did. She slept the rest of the night and didn't feel too warm, so i gave her more in the morning and took her to the babysitter. In the process of getting up and down in the night i had lost my contact somewhere in my eye and couldn't get it out. So i went at my lunch hour to the eye doctor to get it out. It took the doc, about 15 minutes to get it out, now my eye is bruised but not scratched, so no contacts for a few days.
I get back to the office and i'm told immediately to call my sister, my daughter had had a seizure at the babysitters. Fabulouss!! The EMT had taken her temperature then, three different ways and it was only a 100. something. So, i called her doctors office. They couldn't get her in, take her to the urgent care. SO, i leave work drive to get her, trying my best not to speed too bad.
My babysitter opened the door and said, "I never want to go through that again." Unfortunately, her 12 year old son was home sick from school that day too, he was terrified.
SO, i picked up the girls and drove to the urgent care clinic, and filled out all the paper work just for them to tell me that they don't treat that take her to the ER. Sooooo, i'm off, 2 year old, 3 month old and all their stuff to the ER.
At the ER they took Hannah's temperature again. It was 101.8 so we head to a room. In the room, i put the carseat up with Phoebe in it on the end of the bed and get up in the bed with Hannah. They had to take a blood test so i put Hannah between my legs and layed her back
against my chest. That was where we were after the blood test, when my mother came in. She picked up Phoebe to love on her. Mom and i were talking, and talking to Hannah, then she got quiet. And then... she had another seizure. Mom ran for the nurses and i held my daughter assuring her i was there and she would be alright. The room filled up with nurses, and one doc.
The little country hospital we have does not have a pediatic neorologist. So, the called out to indianapols to get us a room at one of the bigger hospitals. We took a ride in an abulance out to indy, it's about 40 minutes away. At least, they didn't have to have the lights and sirens on. Hannah talked to me and the EMT for part of the way and then fell asleep for the last half. On the way there she asked "Moma, you sleep wiff me??" and i of course said yes. When we got to the hospital, they put her in one of the cage beds. I'm eyeing that thing, thinking i'm going to look reaally funny, all scrunched up in that cage, but you better believe i would be doing it. Thankfully, one of the nurses ask if i wanted a big bed so i could sleep with her. We spent the night there, they came in at 2am to take Hannah's vitals and her temperature was 103.7 but no more seizures. She had a IV, and 3 monitors on her chest and one hooked on her toe. she was released at 5 p.m. Saturday. And Your weekend?????

Does This Make My Butt Look Smaller?

I know it's Valentine's Day and all. So, hearts, chocolate, love and kisses to all.
In my quest for random post, I will tell you a little more about me. Have you ever wondered why this is called Ladyarcher's place? I have been asked before about some Lord Archer in England who was infamous for some devilish ways in the bedroom. But no, it's nothing as juicy as that.
I shoot a bow and arrow. Well, I haven't for awhile, but that is my sport of choice. I shoot a compound bow indoors. Did any of you have archery in shool? You most likely shoot what is called a recurve bow there. (Think indian bow.) I shoot a compound. It's like the difference between a shot gun and a high power rife. (no I won't be in a church tower anytime soon.HA!)
I shoot target, paper target that are 20 yards away. It is very relaxing to me. You are suppose to focas on one thing. The X in the middle of the bull's eye. And not on the screaming children.
My family owns and archery shop, so I have an instant place to shoot. and I have an in with the owners, so the discount is great.
I don't hunt. Not because I think it's bad, but because i'm lazy. If I want meat I will go to WalMart, where I can be warm, and it's not the crack of dawn, and I don't have to smell like deer pee.
By the way, women have a better form in this sport. It's just the focasing on one thing when tend to have a problem with. There are districts, state, and national competions all of which i've competed in. Two of which i've won. It's a great family sport. My 2 year old daughter has her own bow, she does shoot ever so often.
I have a new bow on order. It's black, i'm hoping it will be slimming. LOL I'm reaching for anything to make my butt look smaller. ANYTHING!!

Hello world!

Ok blogging world. What would you like to know??? Go ahead all three of you ask me any question i'm game.

side note: Can a 3 month old be claustraphobic??? My Phoebe hates being covered up, espcially her head. You know those car seat covers, she hates it. But it's so cold here i have to do something. And do dare cover her head, heavens no, you are in for it then. Come to think of it Hannah won't go down a covered slide. She loves the open ones, but the tube ones she won't have anything to do with? what's up with that?

I'm just saying.

Ok, lets open a can of worms and see what happens.

Are you ready. I'm going to state some of my opinions. There aren't that many out there that read me I think. But we'll see what kind of reaction I get. Note these are MY opinions, so deal with it .

I don't watch or read too much news. It's depression and sad. I feel that my job in life is to raise my daughters the best I know how, to be the best people they know how. That is a full time job.
I also help whoever I can whenever I can.

Breastfeeding in public. It's a natural thing, God gave mothers breast to feed there offspring. Stop being childish and deal with it. Mothers we would appreciate it if you showed some modesty. I never got my milk in to feed my daughters that way or I would be there with you.

The president. To be honest with you I like ole George. Yeah he may not be the smartest crayon in the pack, but he's stuck to his guns. Both literally and figuratively. Yes, I have family and friends in Iraqi. I come from a military family. My father was a Marine, my brother in the Army for over 10 years. When you join the military, you know that you are there to protect your country. That may include getting shot at.

Religion= Oh wow, where do I start. I grew up in a very, very conservative church. (people used to ask if I was Amish) I went my last two years of High school to a private school called God's Bible School. It is a beautiful school full of rich heritage and wonderful people. I went back there for college and met my first husband there. It is also, very conservative. So, I've studied and even taught the Bible and here is my take on it.
If you take the time to be best friends with God, and Do the things he asks you to do. You won't have time to do the things he doesn't like. Simplistic I know, but try it sometime.

Women, for the most part, i'm not too partial to my species. We tend to be petty, and catty. I hate that. But nice, no better yet be kind. Try to look at life through someone else's eyes.

Let's see.... well that's a beginning. More ramblings when I think of them.

And how was your maternity Leave?

Well, I'm back to work. Dang it is quiet at an office without my two girls. Let's see, I know it felt like I fell off the end of the earth. I don't have internet at home, so it's either work or my sisters. What do I start with.
My preganacy with Phoebe was much harder than Hannah. The doctors finally decided that the reason I was so sick in July was from gall stones. Personanly I think they guessed. On the ninth of November I started feeling wozy and sick. I also had some swelling in my hands that I hadn't had before. So, I called the Doc's office and they told me to come into the hospital for stress test. They ended up keeping me in over night. The baby was fine but my liver functions were working twice the normal level (in July they it was working at 4 and 5 times). It was then that the Doc asked if I wanted to induce her. Which worked for me. We decided that Monday the 14th would be a good day. Tommy and I went in that morning. They had told me that they were going to induce me at 7 o'clock so be early. We got there at 6:13am I went up to the floor where I was informed that I was late? The nurses had been told they would induce at 6am. Oppps. I was told that Phoebe would come quicker because she was my 2nd. Hannah had taken 12 hours, the doc was expecting Phoebe here in 3 or 4. Then the wait began. I had been warned that if the induction didn't work, I would be sent home to try again another day. I was hoping that wouldn't happen. Talk about anticlimactic. My mom and sister showed up around 7:30am. In the hospital I was at they are redoing the maternity ward. I was in an ICU room, which was the size of a bathroom. So it was pretty full. I had my aunt and cousin, and my brother show up during the day. I wasn't dilating very well soo, they were thinking that I might have to wait. It was about noon when I just kept leaking. Do you know how embarrassed you feeling when you keep peeing the bed. I'm thinking gee whizz, during the pregnacy it was bad but now I have no control. I finally said something to my mom. She said she thought that I was my water breaking. I said "Mom, this has been going on for HOURS, their can't be that much water." I got the nurse to check and it was. The thing was it went on for Hours more. I began to think that I was a camel and my hump in the middle was all water and no baby.
I had decided before to wait awhile on the pain meds, with Hannah I had them right off and then couldn't feel how to push. So, I got on shot, and it was wonderful, the nurse warned me though that the second of the same medicine wouldn't work well the second time. Then I started feeling the pain. I finally asked for a Epidural... Which didn't work... Sometime in the pain I saw that my brother came in the room . Poor guy, he didn't stay long, and beat feet out of there quick. We were finally ready to go. All I can remember thinking is, the harder I push the quicker I have Phoebe and the sooner the pain will stop. I think I pushed 5 times, I was ready to get this done
Phoebe was born at 7 p.m. and was 7lbs. Hannah my first was born at 7 p.m. and was 7lbs too.
Phoebe was just 2 inches shorter than her sister.

The next day I had my tubes tied. Two of my diva daughters are all this world can handle. And trust me Diva drama queen does not begin to describe my Hannah. Phoebe is getting there too. When I went in the nurse that was prepping me looked and me and said "Well, bless your heart, you were working hard yesterday weren't you." I look up questioningly she said "You have blood vessels busted all over you neck and shoulders."
So ends episode one. Until next time... Same Batty time .. Same Batty channel

Introducing Phoebe JoAnne

To whoever cares (or is that whom)?

On Monday, November 14th, at 5:40 p.m. Miss Phoebe JoAnne made her entrance into this world. She was harder than my first but just as blessed. She was 7 lbs. and 18 1/2 inches long. I never thought my daughter my first daughter was big, but now with my seconded being so tiny she seems huge. She has light brown hair, and from the time when her eyes are open, she seems to have gray eyes. More later,
Me

Here we go again!!!

ok so it's longer and longer between posts... here's the scoop. I've had to move, my landlord, the bank forclosed on the apartments we were in soo. Then we don't have internet there yet. SO, i'm keeping up with all of ya'll online at work but it doesn't leave much time to blog. Also, the car died again, so i have had to get another one of those. Now, for the pregnacy chronicles. Back in July i was in the hospital for a week they are now saying that was from the gall stones i have. I was just back in last night. I'm out today. I talked to the Doc. I'm going to be induced on the 14th of November. So Phoebe Jo, will be here about 10 days early. I'll go in Sunday night, and they will induce Monday morning. If i don't go into labor before then. While i was in the hospital over night and today the nurse i had said i was have some contractions then she thinks i'll go on my own before Sun. I'll try to keep you guys posted ok. well you know how good i am at that lol
God bless, me.

Ramblings, news, and other boring stuff

Wow, looks like I get on here about twice a month. I'm sorry for the whole two of you that read me lol. Let's see what the news. I'm as big as a house, no really. But I'm still wearing some of my fat clothes, not for much longer though. Phoebe Jo, my newest daughter, is kicking like no bodies business. She is so much more active than Hannah was. I wonder if she will be more active when she is born? YIKES! That's all I need.
Hannah is talking up a storm, and making me laugh everyday. She also is so frustrating at times. I'm sure all of you are saying. SOOO she's two. She has an imagination like I've never seen in a little girl. She already has a boogie man, much to my chagrin, and lack of sleep. She won't go down the hall at night. She say the "FOG? OR Frog?"(I can't tell which) will get her. Have you ever heard of such a thing in a 2 year old.
She was watching some of the coverage of the after math of Katrina at the babysitters. When she saw the flooding she looked at her babysitter and said "Those cars are swimming!"
I'm now 30 weeks along, sometimes, I still can't believe I'm pregnant again. I had given up hope of ever having children and now I'll have two beautiful little girls. I can't wait to see what Phoebe will look like. I'm not done much nesting as of yet. I've got clothes for Phoebe from Tommy's mom, Lot's and lots, and some from my own mother. I did change out Hannah's little dresser drawers for bigger ones, and put the baby's clothes in the smaller one. Hannah loves to talk to my tummy, she says "Baby Sister!" and then beats on it like a drum. Fabulous for my and her you can be sure. I think Phoebe is going to come out and Slug Hannah lol.
until next time.
God bless

Hello Again

Hello, all you beautiful peoples. I am officially a horrible blogger, but I love to read blogs. I'm now 28 weeks pregnant. I am pretty big, I actually look pregnant. I'm feeling pretty good. I have just three months my newest daughter my phoebe will be born. I'm dieing to find out what she will look like. Will she have dark hair like Hannah or light hair like her father. I wonder if the world is ready for another of my daughters.

Hannah is so smart. The other night we were traveling in the car. I guess our voices got a little loud because I heard my daughter calling from the back seat "BE NICE". I told her we were, we were just talking, again I get the BE NICE. I told Hannah she needed to BE NICE. To which she answered "Mommy, I two!". You still need to be nice I told her, I don't care if you are 2,4, 6. or 8. After a few quiet beats from the back seat she tells me "Mommy, I Five!" Now surely dear internet, her mind doesn't work that fast already. It was a fluke RIght???

If it weren't for bad luck.....

Ok, i'm not posting this to complain, not really, it's just gotten to a funny level. I'm starting over in my life, or have been. I moved out away from family with my bf, and got an apartment. I have very little but we decided we'd make it through. I had been borrowing a car from my brother, when i found a handy man's fixer upper for $400. So, we got it. It is a station wagon, so we thought that was a good idea with the backseat going to have to have two carseats in them for sometime. Well, i was driving to work the other day when it started getting harder and harder to turn the wheel. You guessed it, i lost all my power steering. There was a high pressure line that was leaking bad. So, it was out of commision for a week. I hate borrowing peoples cars, or asking them to help, but i bit the bullet and ask my sweet family to help me and they came through. SO, my bf, who is good with his hands, and can fix cars, baaahahhha. Fixed the car. I was so delighted, yesterday was my first day of freedom with my own vehicle. I had a doctors, visit in the morning and then headed off to work. I was on the interstate, when my front right side started shaking hard. I thought, ut oh, better stop at the next exit and check it out. When pop, great I pulled off the road thinking it was a bad flat when i looked up and saw MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE, continue on without me for about 30 or 40 more feet. I watched in amazement as it bounced off the road and into the grass. UNBELIEVEABLE ! So, now i got to find a way to get the car towed and hope we, meaning my bf, can fix it. I'm fine, i didn't hurt any thing or anyone in the process of the whole thing. It just gotten ridiculous.

She did it, but don't tell....

Last night, my daughter, MMYY daughter, slept through the night. I know I'm probably dooming myself to her not doing it again, but hey I had to say it. Maybe, I'll get a few nights of sleep before my second daughter decides to make an appearance. Naaahhh!

Speaking of my second daughter she is fine. I am finally rash free, so I am much better. The nurses say I'm anemic, so I'm taking iron pills. Phoebe is very active and I'm wondering what I'm going to do when she has less room to move around. I think my vital organs will be in danger. I think I look very pregnant, I'm just 24 weeks. But hey at the last 3 doctor visits I was the same weight. Go figure.

So, what are all 2 of you doing? Nino, you are so cute. JerriAnn, I hope everything gets better soon. Anyone else out there??? hMMMMMM??? HMMMM??? I want to know?

Highly Trained Medical team, yeah right !

A couple of days before I had to go back to get my copioscipy, I start feeling really crappy. Pain in my lower stomach, in my lower back, food not even close to interesting. So, I go in to the doc. The nice lady at the front window informs me that my Medicaid hasn't gone through yet so, it will cost me $200, $100 up front. I have $10 to my name. Well, that's not going to work. So, I head back up to the Mother-child clinic. I tell the receptionist, I don't care about the test, something is wrong I'm sick, I need to see some kind of doctor, what are my options. She is peeved that they wouldn't take me. So she calls back down there while I'm sitting listlessly on the chair. They tell her to take my temp, urine test, and blood pressure and call them back. So, here were the results. Temp. About 100.6, blood pressure low, and urine test shows I'm burning muscle mass? WHat? I've lost 5lbs in a week. The nurse asks if I'm crash dieting. I laugh, I gave up dieting when I was 24. So, she looks at me and tells me I don't look like I feel good at all. You think? Ms. Obvious? She calls back to the docs. I have yet to see one. They admit me to the hospital, for observation, first they say for a couple of hours, which in an hour turns out to be a couple of days. In reality, I was in the hospital for a week!
Number of Holes in my arms ( I have the worst veins,) 16, the first seven was from the first three nurses trying to get an IV in me. The others from the many, many blood test. One day, they took blood from me 5 times.
Number of ultra sounds 2. Second one showed I have Gal-stones, or a bad Galbladder.
Number of Hours spent in an MRI machine, One and a freaking half. it was pure torture, my back was killing me.
Number of antibiotics, 3, one of which was penicillin, which I told them I was allergic to, they said when I broke out they'd stop, I broke out 3 days later, now I have a full body rash of hives. Benadril is my new best friend.
Number of days away from my daughter, 7.
Results-- I have Gal-stones, they think .... Think I had a virus on top of it but they aren't sure.
My daughter is fine, which I am thankful for. I have another ultrasound picture of her. So, much for an easy pregnacy.
Anybody got a back scratcher. Highly trained, my rashed out asss!

BTW... I'm not dead

I know, I know I'm a horrible blogger. Things have been spinning fast. The room is just now stopped spinning. So, I need to catch everyone up. Ok, I'm not 20 weeks along in my pregnacy, I've been to the doctor, I have Medicaid coming so I can finally breathe. I've had an ultra sound. I'm having another little girl. We have decided to name her, Phoebe Jo. Hannah is just now getting that her little sister is in mommy's tummy. We are still not sleeping through the night. We have a schedule, we go to bed at 8:30pm. She is doing better, only up once or twice a night. I went to the doctor this last week, I've had an abnormal pap smear, (sp?) so I have to go back this week to have a copioscopy? (your guess is as good as mine) it worries me though. Also, surprise, I'm not immune to Rubella. I've had the shots as a kid and the booster, but something didn't work. So, after I've had Phoebe I'll have to get another shot. While I'm pregnant I have to be very careful. But that's the price you pay for being famous, HA! I've been reading lots of you faithfully, you are such good blogs, I'm totally doing the I'm not worthy bows to you.
